Background: Prader–Willi syndrome (PWS) is a genetic disorder with hypothalamic–pituitary dysfunction, in which obesity, excess fat to lean body mass cause metabolic complications. For the purpose of these disorders normalization, PWS patients have been treated with recombinant human GH (rhGH).
